And physically, jealousy is a real enemy to your body, it weakens your immune system, increases blood pressure, stimulates the release of stress hormones, and affects your heart health.
But at the same time, jealousy creates a great power in you, a power that wasn’t there before, the determination to do something for yourself to feel better, a power that makes you do anything to get rid of those killing feelings, so why don’t you use it to make your dream comes true.
